From the Ukwuani Youth Web Design Class

Thank You, Sir.

To the Executive Chairman who opened the doors of the Ultra-Modern ICT Centre in Obiaruku and proved to us that Ukwuani youth can engineer world-class technology this portal is our answer.

A Letter to Our Chairman

Hon. (Barr.) Chiamaka Solomon Possible Ajede-Akpotohwo, Esq.

Dear Sir, before we ever wrote our first line of HTML or styled our first interface, many of us believed technological opportunity only existed in distant mega-cities. You proved us wrong right here at home in Obiaruku.

Under your #DoMoreAgenda, the Free Digital Skills & ICT Youth Empowerment Programme gave us far more than classroom lectures it gave us hands-on engineering workstations, high-speed connectivity, and the supreme confidence that we can build software for the global economy.

Every line of semantic markup, every responsive layout, and every interactive feature across this entire local government portal was designed and coded by our inaugural web design cohort. It is our humble tribute of gratitude for your profound investment in our lives.

May your leadership continue to do more for every child, youth, mother, father and elder across all nine clans of Ukwuani.
